Rotem is a skilled team manager, coacher and consulter. He joined Hanassy R&D at 2012 as the “quality control and organization vice president” to be part of the human resources recruitment efforts for our organization and quality assurance of the organization procedures.

During the years 2012-2013 Rotem was a team manager in a dormitory of Elwyn association in Israel for adult with cognitive disabilities. Since 2004 Rotem was a freelancer coacher.

Rotem is a certified life coach (Machon Meamnim, IL) and holds a particle engineer diploma in photography
